    Sdcard is your internal memory. Usb_otg is your usb stick. Place rom at root or I use Download folder, I have made an folder with the name Update and I place there the file. Do both options and retry

    You are sure the file is saved there? You can see it with the file manager of the phone? Better place it in root.

    Good. You boot in recovery and from there you install the ROM. The ROM can be in the internal storage or in an external usb flash drive.
