you need to flash the previous version of 8.11.15 using TWRP. Then you need to flash 8.11.15 rom over that rom without wiping something. means just flash and reboot. then FP issue will be solved. after that you have to come 8.11.22 rom using choose updater package/flashing the rom using TWRP...

If you are now in Eu, then no need to go back to stock then flash eu. But if you are not in Eu rom then you have to first flash the previous version of eu rom then you have to flash 8.11.15 over that.
