Since 8.1.1.0 each time when I flash in TWRP I get an error
mount: failed to mount /dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/splash at /firmware: Invalid argument
Flashing is successful and everything seems to work fine, so I don't know if it really is an error.
Anybody else experiencing missing LED notification in 8.1.2? I'm not sure if it was working right after flashing, but now it doesn't do anything. It's not broken, if I test LED in engineering mode, everything is OK.
When you try to turn off you push the power button for about ten seconds, right? Then the phone vibrates and restarts to the same state as before?
Try this: push and hold power button until your phone restarts. Immediately release the power button and quickly push and hold Vol+ until the menu...
Are you able to enter the (chinese) factory menu by pressing and holding Vol+ while powering on? The blue bar is "Power Off".
PS: the right button above the blue bar switches to english language.

This release isn't stable at all. Had errors while flashing /firmware. After flashing poor signal strength and almost no LTE. Settings app crashing on various actions. Background images not changeable. Finally rolled back to 8.0.10.

Tapping "download" in the chinese menu should boot your device in edl mode. Then you should be able to use Miflash to flash any official ROM. This will wipe everything.
You're able to boot into fastboot mode? So what about firing up the command
fastboot erase userdata ?
Be aware that all data will be lost, if this works.
