The easier way for you is use autoinstal program to first install LR.TWRP from russian pages, then instal Maurunofrios TWRP from russian LR.TWRP. Install -> Install IMG -> choose Maurnofrios TWRP image file -> choose Recovery -> Swipe to confirm Direct installation is described here...
