Hi, today (3minutes ago) my Mi11Ultra totally freezed.. it wasn't even possible to restart the phone. What helped was turning the display off and on again. I didn't check but it doesn't feel like running at 120Hz before. Just fyi :) Have a nice day.

I suggest to change your pin to a password. With password it works great on Mi11Ultra TWRP.

Did you load the update via the updater app? If yes it takes a while to verify (?) the downloaded file. While that you can see in file manager that the romXXXX.zip is named romXXXX.zip.temp TWRP can't see it at this stage. You have to wait until it's named romXXXX.zip .
