My X13 Pro has once again displayed the above code and has stopped functuioning. This is the second time since new in Nov 2023. The last time required a factory reset but the fault came back. I had to complete another reset 10 days ago. Now the message is back and I am at a loss what to do next. The camera refuses to operate, messages cannot be sent and incoming calls cannot be received. There is limited apps on the phione, 36gb of memory used from 256, apps are up to date, firware version is showing as up to date, the word beta is displayed yet I did not install any beta firmware/platform
I bouight the phone brand new from a seller on e bay and he is refusing to refund as he is a private seller.
The unit is unable to accept any firmware using the flash tool when in fastboot mode.
Appreciate any help that anyone can offer.
