my Smart Fan 2 stops working when I take it out off the charging station. In the app it is still shown as "online" and if it was working. When I try to control it in-app, there's an Error (..an error occured...) and nothing happes. Last year it worked perfectly and I din't change anything in my setup or wifi or router or anything else.
It's really frustrating and I am happy for any help. But I expect I will have to send it back to the seller.
