Xiaomi MIX 4 preinstalled Foil/Tempered glass ?

Hey everyone ,

Anyone aware if the preinstalled protector (its foil or tempered glass im not sure , but it is with a hole in the top middle) is removable ?
It looks very sturdy and solid , and applied very well , but it bothers me and i really want to peel it off , so the million $ questions is: Is it Removable ?

On Youtube videos , the hole is not visible , so my guess is they already removed it , but i need someone who knows for sure

Oh that? It's foil yes.

I tore it off seconds after unboxing. I bought this phone because its notchless, so this notched protector was destined to be removed!

Awesome.
Mine is with a small scratch , no clue from what .... and its not a scratch resistant so no need to keep it , but it is glued so well i wasn't sure if part of the build or removable stuff ... but looks ugly so my guess is correct ... a foil

Have to say the screen is really gorgeous. I came from a Mi 10 Ultra which is no slouch but the Mix 4 even disregarding the notch is beautiful. Just a different quality to the glass, it's very clear and less cloudy than other phones. Really a great build.

I haven't gone with a third party screen protector yet.

But that default one, yeah, it has to go!
