XIaomi Mi2S Screen Protector HELP!!!!

Hi there! Can anyone help me with applying the screen protector for the Xiaomi Mi2S. It's in Chinese and I don't get a word of it! Now there are a total of 3 screen protectors + one cleaning cloth + one large blue sticker + one small silvery film. I'm attaching the pictures in which instructions are given. Please translate them in to English for me. If not, then tell my step by step how to apply it to the phone.
