Hi we are investigating an item stolen in my rented apartment, however we do not have SD card and cloud subscribed for the recording devices, only the snapshots from the home monitoring service, playback of 10 sec.
Is there a way to view or download the device event log to proof that the device is not turned off/offline during the time of the incident? So that we can proof that there is no movement in the area during the specified time since its argued that there should be recording when there is motion.
