is there any way i can change the ROM from Chinese to Global.

First of all, it is necessary to unlock the bootloader. And here comes the complications. You cannot unlock a Chinese device yourself. You need to look for a paid online service. (Xxiaomi has changed the bootloader unlock conditions)
