New Xiaomi 13 memory extension causing issues

phone was kinda laggy, read that memory extension could be causing that so I disabed it, the phone rebooted twice and now some apps are not responding and camera doesnt work at all. pls help . im on Xiaomi 13 FUXI rom 14.0.31 stable
