Xiaomi 13 Lite (ziyi) cannot update, nor unlock bootloader on miui 14

i recently bought a xiaomi 13 lite and i received the phone on miui 14. The official global rom is TLLMIXM but my phone is running on 14.0.6.0 TLLMIXN and i'm assuming it's repacked miui but also the error I get when trying to unlock the bootloader is "Couldn't add. Param FID verification failed."

this is my first ever snapdragon device and I want to get it to the latest software it has. I don't care about custom roms since i do that on my redmi 10 now, but is there any way to reflash official firmware and getting updates to work (like mi assistant?)
