Good morning,
after several attempts and clean reinstallations.
I am having a problem sending and receiving MMS via Mobile network, it is impossible to send and receive. I tried to modify the APN inconclusive and I noticed when deactivating the APN and reactivating it I have an MMS which loads and then nothing more, we can neither send nor receive.
No problem on the official Global version.
But I admit that I prefer the ROM from xiaomi.eu. which I have used with all my Xiaomi laptops for 10 years.

Is the problem present on previous versions of the ROM?

Which app are you using for SMS? Xiaomi Messaging (default on xiaomi.eu ROMs) or Google Messages (default on official Global ROMs)? You might try to install the Google Messages (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.messaging) and use it as the default SMS app, and even enable RCS chat (features similar to WhatsApp). But you'd still need to configure it to work on xiaomi.eu ROM, which I covered in another thread:

So I tested with any SMS application (Xiaomi messaging, Google message, textra) the problem is always the same, the problem is in the Rom itself.

I'm using SMS on Xiaomi 13 (fuxi) with version 14.0.31.0.TMCCNXM_v14-13, no issues. Perhaps the ROM isn't compatible with your specific provider. You can try purchasing a prepaid / pay-as-you-go phone SIM with data, install it and see if it works. And check your APN settings again for Orange, for example: https://apn.how/fr/orange/xiaomi-13

You can also wait a few days until xiaomi.eu team releases Android 14 based ROM (ex. V14.0.3.0.UMCCNXM_v14-14) for Xiaomi 13 (fuxi). It might fix your specific issue, but of course being a major update, it could also introduce other bugs.
