Xiaomi 12 Pro Telegram

I need support for my Xiaomi 12 Pro. I am not getting updates, and I submitted feedback but nothing. On my Mi 11 had a bug and the telegram admins helped me with the feedback report number

Can someone recommend me help so I don't have to return my phone for service for some weeks ?

You were already told that you are wrong here because you are using OFFICIAL XIAOMI ROM/SOFTWARE.
