I want to apologize I'm not very good at reporting a bug.
I flashed the V14.0.22.12.8.DEV ROM on my Xiaomi 12 and I notice that a few times on startup the phone does not clear the SIM card unlock screen and keeps asking for the PIN code while the SIM card is already unlocked.
Turning off and on the screen is enough to fix the problem.
