As with hundreds of comments I've read, the Xiaofang smart camera stopped working in the back in March. I've been trying to get some direct advice from Xiaomi and have sent messages EVERY WEEK since MARCH. Still haven't had a reply. It would be good to know if I can get a refund or if there's a plan to allow access for UK customers? The NEOS smartcam is now available in the UK too and may be a better option. I don't want to try a 'hack' on the firmware or software version either. Hualei have also avoided responding. This is obviously a known issue as it was deployed by Xiaomi. Also, followed the 'COMPLAIN' procedure over 100 times!!! Still got nothing back! thanks
