New xaomi redmi buds 3 pro charging problem

I bought buds 3 pro recently. They worked well for a while but now earpods aren't charging. I tried many solutions like cleaning charging pod, reseting them or changing cable.
But nothing worked.

I need also to know why it's not working It was swapped out more than once it never worked before.
