New WiFi keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, only rebooting will solve the issue and only once

Whenever I turn my WiFi off and turn it back on, or connect to a mobile hotspot, my WiFi will connect successful for a split second and disconnect, then reconnect successful for a split second etc... The only solution is to reboot the phone every time I want to use WiFi, it'll only fix it temporarily as if I turn it off and back on or change what I'm connected to it'll do the issue again until I reboot. I've tried resetting wifi and network data already, this doesn't work

Same problem here. Same phone model. Started happening after the last system update (MIUI 12.1.6). I have also tried resetting wifi and network data

Same here with Poco X3 NFC. Problem started after update to MIUI 12.0.8.
