What tool do you use to backup personal settings and apps?

What are you using in order not to loose all your personal settings, pictures and installed apps whenever you flash new ROMs?

I use titanium backup but your phone needs to be rooted for that. Photos, videos and music are all stored on the sd card and contats on google. However, titanium doesn't always backup/restore bank apps properly so I need to obtain the keys from the bank occasionally.
