What to do when /system got deleted?

After trying too many different ROM's I decided to come back to xiaomi.eu ROM's because they are just perfect.
My Problem is that I had to wipe /system on other ROM's too. I'm in a boot loop when booting up now.
How can I solve the problem when the system partition got wiped? Can't really find a thread here about that problem

Well you just have to flash the original MIUI ROM and you solve the problem
