I've recently lost Turbo Charge on my phone (Mi 10 Ultra).
I have 2x 65W Xiaomi chargers, 2x Xiaomi C-to-C cables, and 1x 55W Xiaomi wireless charger, all of which were working fine two weeks ago.
The phone will say "Turbo Charging" but it won't actually charge, even on the wireless charger. After 1 hour it charges maybe 1%. This happens both when the phone is off and when it is booted into the OS.
Plugging the phone into a USB-PD type-C charger allows it to charge at 10W.
- Is there some kind of software that runs and controls charging behavior even when the phone is turned "off"?
- Is the Mi 10 Ultra with SD865 known to have the charging circuitry fail? Someone on telegram mentioned this to me. This is actually the second Mi 10 Ultra I've owned to have this problem.
