There is only one redmi note 4 mtk. You can use various ROM, such as Epic ROM 7.3.23, xiaomi.eu 7.3.30, theses are weekly. Or than use the global 7.3.30, or the latest global 8.2.?. All these are available for your model MtK

I'm insterested in xiaomi.eu ROM what is that i have been using during 2 years in my redmi note 2, but now, I have purchased the Note 4.

What I don't understand is why doesn't exist a Note 4 Pro ROM but it exist for the redmi note 3 pro. There are 2 ROMs for the note 3 (kenzo for PRO/Prime, and Henessy for the standard Note 3)

The ROM for your device is 'HMNote 4' (HongMi Note 4) or 'Nikel'. There are weekly ROMs and stables available.
