Viper4android On Mi4

Hello guys ,
Does anybody sucessfully installed viper4android on his mi4 or other Xiaomi device with the Miui rom ?
I have tried a lot of setup and none working actually if someone can help would be awesome !

Yep! You can find a good package to flash http://en.miui.com/thread-217297-1-1.html here! Uninstall the drivers then flash the zip you want via recovery. It will install the drivers and audio libraries.

You welcome, I tried lot of things before finding this thread, like switching manually SELinux from Enforcing to Permissive after each reboot ^^ Now it's easier! Can't live without V4A!

Yeah clearly this mod is a really good stuff
Wich one do you have? V4A Atmos+Sony+Beats v5.5 or only the v4a ?

I took the ultimate package to give it a try ^^ Depending on battery consumption, maybe I will change for only V4A. I have to admit the sound is quite massive! But I don't use Atmos which IMO is "too much", I don't fell my sound it does, it adds lots of reverb. But it depends on the type of music you listen to.

I took v4a + Sony + beats
Yep the battery is affected at least 20-25% more than usual I think
Depend on wich device you got for the mi4 no as its not locked but other one yeah you need to unlock boot loader

Did u have to root ur device to do this and did u also enforce selinux??

Yes you should be root and no the big advantage of this is that you don"t need selinux or other mod you flash the zip and it's done

Hi.. Installing V4A @ smiui 6.5.5 @ Mi4-LTE (V4A Atmos+Sony+Beats v5.5) was no problem..and it works! But I can't save any effect-profiles / load any IRS because V4A doesn't have a working dir..

Same on the .eu Rom tried a lot of stuff but didn't succed to find a solution
