Usb Tethering Kills 6 Of My Cores

Hello,

I've encountered a serious bug. I'm using the latest weekly EU rom 6.12.15

When i put my phone into the computer and use USB Tethering and let the phone go to deep-sleep, it will stop all cores except the lower powered ones(0-1300mhz) and changing to performance mode wont do anything i need to restart my phone to get rid of this. It's really annoying.

Example:
1. Plug the phone into the computer, using USB Charging mode.
2. Go into settings, choose more then USB Tethering.
3. Press the power button.
4. Wait for 5 minutes
5. Wake the device and run any benchmark and notice the really bad cpu score.
(I'm using, Vellamo Metal(Score: 1401) test for fast compersion. I also tried basemark II x OS(Score: 1080) and Antutu(Score 48000)
