New USB OTG Camera looping

Using Redmi pad SE every kind of usb camera app failing to do it's job. Using a video capture card to pc/laptop/steamdeck/rog/ally failing to display it to redmi pad se. It did work for just a second then it keeps disconnecting own it's own, connected, disconnected over and over display the pic and video then detaching it self. It work but always reconnecting over and over. Need help
