Upgrade To Miui 8 On Mi2s

Hi, I'm going to upgrade to Miui 8. Now, my Mi2S is on MIUI 7 by Xiaomi.eu 6.5.26. It has TWRP. My question is: is it necessary reinstall TWRP via fastboot? Can I flash Miui 8 directly only doing wipe cache and data?

I think I haven't reinstall TWRP. I made an Backup, flashed the new rom, wiped the dalvik and cache and reboot my phone.
