Update from MIUI 14 to HyperOS

Hello everyone,
I would like to flash my Xiaomi 13 with MIUI14 to HyperOS. Can I just flash it over with the TWRP or do I have to reinstall it? I actually wanted to avoid that, because it is always so much work to install everything, set up etc. Do you have an idea or a program that would make the whole thing easier? Thanks for your help.

Fastboot first_install.bat for A14 / HyOS.
then you can flash new A14 twrp, future updates can be done via twrp then

Could you please explain this more specific. Is this a wipe from the Phone? Thanks
