New [Update: 12.0.3.0] Choppy app switch animations and Mi Notes lag on Joyeuse 12.0.2 stable

As the title suggests, there are times that the animations when switching between apps stutter a bit. Not a major glitch, but it is annoying. Also, I observed that the Mi Notes app starts lagging to the point of bing unuseable the more time it stays open.

Things i've tried to mitigate the problem: factory defaults & backup restoration, wiping data partition and setting up the phone as new, wiping data&cache of the Mi Launcher and Mi Notes.

Redmi Note 9 pro 6/128, Xiaomi.eu 12.0.2 stable unrooted.

P.s, none of the bugs were present in the 12.0.1 stable version.

Update:

Installed the 12.0.3.0 update and Mi Notes app stopped lagging and causing gboard to crash. Animation stutter when switching apps persists from time to time, but it's greatly reduced in intensity. Still there though.
