Hi, I am trying to unlock the bootloader and I apply at the miui.com website, I enter all my information and I am waiting to get the code at my phone (5S Plus). This is the message I get:

Please input the code you received"
I never get a code ( I tried many times to resent)
So, I can not proceed to the next step. Can someone help? Thanks
