Unlocking Device

I need a help, i wanted to install the ROM xiaomi eu on my device so i did unlock the device, the problem is that i unlocked it without loggin in developer option to unlock, the program on PC unlocked the device but now it say my device i locked and waht i try to login with my password it say Couldn't verify Xiaomi Account ID. Can't connect to network. When i try to connect to my wifi nothing happen and when i put in my SIm card which is regular registered my device it sttil say the same. What can I do? As you can see the ID in it is mine is not a stolen device pls help

Is there Internet on the SIM card?

Is this on xiaomi.eu firmware or on the original one?
If on the original, then flash xiaomi.eu with full format.

Damn Bro thank you. you made me think at something i didnt think b4 the SIM was locked with PIN so i turned off the pin in the Xioami 15 and now it works,

Черт, братан, спасибо. Ты заставил меня задуматься о чем-то, о чем я не думал, потому что SIM-карта была заблокирована PIN-кодом, поэтому я отключил PIN-код в Xioami 15, и теперь все работает.
