Uninstalled XiaomiEUInject App

Hey guys,
I accidentally deleted the XiaomiEu Module App from my phone as I was tinkering with the Play Integrity Magisk Module trying to get Gpay to work and now my phone is stuck in bootloop.
I already tried re-flashing the latest ROM but it didn't help and I can't seem to be able to re-install the apk in any way.

I tried installing it again a few times but nothing changed, still bootlooping, how can I update only the module app?
I can only access TWRP and fastboot at this point.

bootloop is not caused by missing app.. you just broke something else.. make a data wipe..
