Unable to add my Device to the MI account on order to unlock the bootloader (Redmi Note 8)

Mi Unclock application tells me to go to developers' setting and add my device to the MIUI accoint. But the phone is already attached to the account!

Yes, the phone is brand new. Original Gobal Verion is installed. no TWRP.

do you have activated "unlock bootloader" in dev option?
Then It must ask to bin the phone with account.

Everything is fine with the above mentioned, but it keeps on telling me to bin the phone!

If I remember well they ask some 72 hours for the bin to be active.
If account is still rejected try with another computer.
Then ask around with google, sure this case is reported.

I don't think it has anything to do with the computer, coz when I try to add my phone to the account it asks me to disable Wi-fi (at that point the phone is not corded anymore). PS: sorry for my English!
