New Unable to access data within the application Hyper Os

Hi
Can anyone help me?
I can't use apps that give me access to app activities like Activities Launcher, It only shows the activities of that application, This problem does not happen with Miui eu but HyperOs eu does.
Does eu rom restrict it? My device: rmn 11 os 1.0.3.0
