TWRP Password and OTA update

Hi! I am updating via OTA for the first time, and updater says that my internal storage is encrypted, and I will have to enter the password in TWRP to decrypt data.
I don't know about this and I don't want to lose data or my phone.

What's this, and what should I do?

Weekly 20.8.20 -> 20.8.25

También tuve ese error y solo le di a actualizar el equipo se reinicio y tardo varios minutos en el logo de MIUI y al final se actualizo, todo bien. Sorry i don't speak inglish

First time using Lavender, yesterday unlocked and installed official twrp 3.4.0.0, all went smoothly. Yes, same when rebooted to twrp requests password, but when you hit cancel it goes to twrp menu. Will see next Friday's ota how will be flashed.

TWRP usually encrypts the internal storage a lot, install the Orange Fox (or Pitch Black Recovery) that has a lock for the ROMs not to encrypt the storage.
