New Touch works bad on Mi 8, only on xiaomi.eu

I've written this somewhere else, so sorry for a little cross posting, I'm on MI 8 and I'm experiencing touch problems on the angles. When I try to tap and hold on the low and high angles (e.g. send a voice message on telegram), nothing happens, it's just like the touchscreen is dead in those particular points. It's exactly the same bug posted here by @Crescenzo

I'm sure it's a xiaomi.eu bug. I've tried to do a clean install (wipe of internal storage too) and problem is still there. With any other rom (actually I'm on RevOS), bug is not there.

So, no idea about this? There's at least 3-4 other users having the same bug on Mi 8 forum. Nothing to try?

As far as I've learned, the bug is about the LONG press. If I just press, it works good, but if I need long pressing (just like sending an audio message in telegram) it doesn't work properly.
