On some AOSP/Lineage based ROMs (eg: EvolutionX, crDroid), or with Magisk/LSPosed modules for AOSP (eg: AOSPMods), there's an option to enable a system-wide black mode that replaces the stupid dark gray background with a fully black background on most apps (including usually problematic ones like Google Search).
Is there a way to replicate this on MIUI/xiaomi.eu? I know of Substratum themes, but I tried a few (paying for them), and apart from the fact that they need to support each application separately, most of them meddle with things I don't want them to get involved with (eg: accent colours, icons)
