Stable Rom That Not Lock The Bootloader?

what is the last stable rom version that not lock the bootloader?

Lollipop 5.1... any upgrade to Nougat will lock your bootloader.... one time only to unlock it again....

if i flash nougat rom how do i open the bootloader again?

Wait for SMS approval from Xiaomi and use the official unlock tool to unlock the bootloader...you will only need to unlock it 1 time after upgrading to Nougat.....

but i can unlock the bootloader using rom 8.2.1.0 or 7.4.27 ?
or i need to use a xiaomi rom and not a xiaomi.eu?

The weeklies are as good as Stable builds and include new development...both are excellent...I prefer to do weeklies...you can skip builds...you don't need to update weekly ...I watch the change log if there's a new feature or big improvement I will upgrade to that build...

Your BOOTLOADER will be relocked after upgrade from Android 5.1 to Android 7.0 MI4C, Mi4S, MINote PRO so unlock it by en.miui.com/unlock after ROM installation again!!!

i flashed rom 7.4.27 -------> every thing ok
i open bootloader (you were right) ------> every thing ok
i flashed twrp 3.1 recovery with this command :
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
fastboot reboot -------->every thing ok

but when i try to enter recovery nothing append
what can it be?

when i check device info , this is what i get

(bootloader) Device unlocked: true
(bootloader) Device critical unlocked: true
(bootloader) Charger screen enabled: true

i've done this when upgrade to eu nougat from eu 6.12.22

1. go to TWRP/Recovery
2. Flash ROM Nougat eu
3. Do not reboot, still in TWRP
4. Flash new TWRP for nougat version,,
flash image twrp-3.0.3-1 build AndropaX (TWRP-3.0.3-1-libra.img)

5. flash new supersu
6. reboot

my phone still unlocked until now
