Some Problems With Latest 1-2 Weeklys

I have been having problems with the latest weeklys not pushing notifications and calls as expected.
Sometimes my friends say that they have been trying to call me, yet no indication anywhere that a calls has been missed except when I look in the call logs, but no notification or indication otherwise.

Also I have been having problems with the notifications not alerting lately.
In apps like Telegram the messages gets delivered to me as soon as I open the app, which makes it very unpredictable.
Security/Permission manager is disabled.

Also, found a problem in latest weekly on 4C after full wipe clean install.
From standby swipe right to enter Dialer, press capacitive back button and the phone becomes totally unresponsive. 100% reproducable, anyone else?

I'm running the latest weekly and i don't have this problem.. Only had the phone for a week and this is my first ROM after unlocking the bootloader.
