right dialer doesn't work , can you help me?

i have installed right dialer and right contact to replace the google dialer on redmi note 13

but when the phone is locked and i recevie a call , i don't get any message , screen keeps to be off
with the phone unlock on my hands , i get only a notification
I gave all the permission

might you please help ?
i like a lot this dialer , just because it's light and it look like ios and it 's open source
