Repairing The Speaker For Calls

Hello,
it seems like the speaker from me note 2 is broken.
When i do phonecalls, the volume is very low. The same for whatsapp or wechat calls. ( with the headset or the big speaker is everything fine)
I checked all settings in the engineeringmode but everything is fine.
I found out that spare speakers are very cheap to buy and that its not that difficult for other xiaomi devices to replace parts.
I just wanted to ask if somebody did that already or has any advices what to take care of.
I will buy one anyway and will try it because i am not able to change the phone.

Any idea or something else would be great.

i bought one in china ( where i live right now) on taobao.
i get it tomorrow or the day after and will install it the next days.
if it works i will do a tutorial for youtube and let you know about it here.
on taobao the speaker kostes 1,50$. but i saw many in ebay aswell ( germany).

It´s probably not easier to find one if you post the text twice as big and two times.
I tried to repair my phone today, but i got the wrog speaker.
So i will by the right one and will post here how it works.
however, i made e very small movie how to do it.

good to know that a new speaker solves the problem. i will install mine after chrismas.
the installation is quite easy right?
So everybody can do it without experience.

are you shure that the rearspeaker is in place? maybe you did something wrong during the repairment. its in the black backcover. so its easy to check it.
mine is still working properly.
