Redmi note pro wcdma multi lang rom

hello all,

As being a newbie on this forum I would like to ask a (stupid) question.
When I will look in the roms section, scroll down there will be:

Xiaomi Redmi Note (Doesn't have weekly releases):

• Xiaomi Redmi Note WCDMA - Stable 29.0.0 Multilang
• Xiaomi Redmi Note TD-SCDMA - Stable 23.0.0 Multilang

The WCDMA rom is it compatible with the pro version (2gb RAM) (global)?


or is there no multi lang roms for the note pro?

Thats also a problem because it is missing on my phone. I tried to reinstall it but it keeps crashing. Does someone knows how to solve?

Yes.. The rom is correct and can be use. U can also use the official Rom from miui.

I marinjnsp i have the same doubt.. you already install that version wcdma 29? If yes, how? I can't put multi language on my redminote pro..

Ana zo you mean you alsof dont have the updater app?
Here is a tutorial:

You will be recovering tot the originaliteit miui. This will bring back the updater app. Later you van choose tot installatie the multi lang.

If you are nog missing the recovery mode (i wasnt missing it) you van skip the First part with the recovery.img

I rooted my phone using root genius because framaroot gave a error.

1. Power off your Redmi phone.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down + Powerbuttons at the same time.
3. Release all buttons as soon as you see the menu.
4. Using the Volume Down button to scroll the pointer to Recovery Mode and press theVolume Up button to select.

I also have no updater app and the stock rom from here failed via twrp so I use modded version of latest 29 version via twrp

Using stock recovery, how what option should I choose to flash this ROM?

Hi,

Firstly.. U need to root your phone first. Then you will need to flash a custom recovery like TWRP RECOVERY.

1. Download Mobileuncle Tools on Google Play
2. Download recovery.img
3. Copy the downloaded file your phone SD card. (root directory)
4. Open Mobileuncle Tools app -> Recovery Update -> Install recovery.img file
5. Done.
6. Boot to recovery. (volume - and power button together)
7. Do a backup.

ROM Update

1. Copy firmware to SD card. (root directory)
2. Boot to Recovery mode or use (volume - and power button together)
/Phone restart in recovery mode/
3. Install -> Select the ROM and SETUP
5. Clean cache
6. Install super user apply.
