Redmi Note pro network issues.

Hi all


I bought a Redmi Note pro from spemall and it came preloaded with a multilang rom. I used the unbrick guide and flashed it to factory state. Updated ota to latest.
Network seems to go to no network coverage very very frequently and im missing many calls & whatsapp messages are arriving very late. I tried changing network mode to different ones but this problem persists. If i reboot the phone it takes ages just to get some signal bars and randomly disconnects during the course of thr day. This keeps happening. 6/10 its just one of the sims loosing connectivity and 4/10 both sims loose network.
Please help me rectify this issue and this is brand new phone.

First run antutu to be shure its giniune

Antutu recognizes it as redmi note also the serial number on the box checks out on xiaomi website.

From updater app go to recovery .... and make factory reset

just did that and there's no change. the problem still persists

seems to have lost SIM 2 completely after the factory reset.
