New Redmi Note 9 Pro - Problem sound of Incoming calls

i have bought an redmi note 9 pro. When i receive a call , i can´t hear for about 10s, and then start working.
This does not happen in whatsapp ou messenger, only in incoming phone calls.

If its me making the call it does not happen, ony receivinbg, so i suppose its not hardware problem.

Does anyone else experienced this? any ideias for a sollution?
