Redmi Note 2 Prime At 2,15 Ghz

I m the new Xiaomi user to user.

in these months I bought a RedMi Note 2 prime from Italian seller.

this phone arrived to me with xiaomi.eu rom, and recently i have installed a rom from miui.it and the phone have the processor at 2.15 ghz.

today i have installed 6.3.31 from xiaomi.eu and the processor was locked at 2.15 ghz.

i have wrong something?

sorry for my bad english. (i m italian)
