I would say no.
Even assuming that dimensions are the same, RN3 Battery is not intended to be removable, so the connector is different.
Try searching for images and you will see.

If you can adjust it, find a store selling it on aliexpress for example and ask for specs like dimensions, etc. just to understand if it could fit.
