Invalid Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G (Garnet)

After installing HyperOS for Garnet using fastboot, cellular network is not accessible, the sim card is detected and IMEI is correct - it just will not connect to any network like it did before on stock MIUI 14. Any ideas?
