Invalid Redmi Note 10 Pro - Issue with brightness using Dark Mode

Hello, I have Redmi Note 10 Pro and i've installed the latest Xiaomi.eu version for this phone. 14.0.4.0 TKFMIXM. I love this ROM because it has more features than Stock Global ROM (RN10P doesn't have CN ROM). But with the latest version i've noticed a bug: if I use Dark Mode, the brightness is lower than Light Mode (I can confirm that switching to dark mode decreases brightness). How i can fix that? Previous release (14.0.2.0 TKFMIXM) doesn't have this bug.

In "Dark Mode" turn off the -customize text and background function.
