Redmi 4a Upgrade To Xiaomi.eu Global

Hi all,
I have a Redmi 4A international version so it came wit Global Rom 8.1.4.0 but i'd like to install the Xiaomi.eu stable.
I have already unlocked but can't boot twrp to start .....
