Redmi 3 - Rom 7.3.1 Stable

Hi all, one question.

How we have in xiaomi.eu 7.3.1 stable rom for Redmi 3
xiaomi.eu_multi_ido_V7.3.1.0.LHPCNDD_v7-5.1.zip

when in miui official there is only 7.2.7 stable
miui_HM3_V7.2.7.0.LHPCNDB_f8d3fa0963_5.1.zip

Is it OK to install 7.3.1?

Shark, i've that Rom as well. To install it the procedure is the same as developer Rom. It is a Rom by xiaomi.eu,so normally no ota, but the update is really easy (just flash on previous version, u lose nothing).
If u want more information write me in pvt, I'll explain everything in Italian

Shark, i've that Rom as well. To install it the procedure is the same as developer Rom. It is a Rom by xiaomi.eu,so normally no ota, but the update is really easy (just flash on previous version, u lose nothing).

No problem. I anticipate that the procedure to install it is the one described in the Italian forum to install multilanguage Rom. U just have to choose,at the end,to download the stable one instead of the developer one. Then put it in internal memory and flash via twrp.

redmi3, xiaomi.eu 7.1, bought from amazon.
I reported the problem the mute button and waiting that are activated independently in the call.
They replied:
Dear customer, we recommend you perform a factory data reset. If that does not work can update your device with the updater just by downloading the latest release of xiaomi.eu.

I wonder:
if before restoring the factory data, do a backup with the appropriate function, then doing the restore also restore"the error"?
there is another way to quickly restore contacts and apps?

1.i had that Rom and everything worked good.
I will say what I would do in your shoes.
2 first of all, backup your data. For contacts u can store them online in your Google account,use various apps, or try to use the internal backup function.
For apps u can surely use the internal backup function (I have already done it).
Save the backup data also in a external position (PC or other, to avoid risks).
3. Factory data reset. U can proceed with the internal function in the menu. In your shoes I would like better to download the Rom from xiaomi.eu and flash it using miflash (there's one version of 7.1.3 for miflash), it takes 5 minutes.
4.then restore the backup.

Then, if u still have those problems, it 's an hardware problem.

2. LA funzione interna di backup fa il backup anche delle app? Io ho le due sim quindi non ho la sd. Il backup viene fatto sul telefono e quindi poi devo spostarlo su pc? Su quale cartella del telefono lo trovo?
3. Non conosco miflash: va usato da pc? dove trovo una guida? Serve lo sblocco del bootloader?
4. Il restore non mi restora pure la rom precedente: giusto?

2.Fa solo il backup delle app (con relativi dati, anche se di qualcuna non salva le impostazioni di login) e delle impostazioni del telefono (se vuoi).
Il Backup olendo lo fa anche sulla memoria interna, il percorso dovrebbe essere MIUI>backup>allbackup, non sono sicuro perchè io lo faccio su sd, ma dovrebbe essere quello. Ad ogni modo puoi anche digitare "backup" nel file explorer. Devi trovare una cartella piena di file con estensione .bak. Fossi in te io salverei tutta la cartella sul pc, ed una volta fatto tutto la incollerei nello stesso percorso in cui l'ho trovato

3. miflash trovi un sacco di guide, basta googlare (dovrebbe esserci una guida anche nel thread in cui è postata quella rom che ti dicevo). Si usa da pc, ti serve un sistema a 64bit per farlo girare come si deve.

4. il restore interessa solo quanto backuppato (app e se vuoi impostazioni telefono).

3. scusa, non vedo il riferimento al thread che citi circa la rom e miflash. Col pc sto a posto, ma serve lo sbocco del bootloader, la TWRP e altre diavolerie del genere con le quali non ho ancora confidenza? Posso aggiornare semplicemente con l'updater dopk aver scaricato la rom xiaomi.eu aggiornata?

Adesso aspetto l'ok del rivenditore (non vorrei avere problemi con la garanzia) e procedo.

Leggi meglio , c'è una rom installabile con mi flash, multilingua, che non richiede lo sblocco del bootloader (è una 7.1.3,la trovi sul forum).

Al 90 per cento è quella che ti ha messo il rivenditore, ma avrà cioccato qualcosa, per questo ti consiglio di fare tu da zero.
Probabilmente nemmeno si accorge che la installi.

Dimenticavo, per queste Rom lascia perdere tutto quello che riguarda l'updater,non funziona.
